Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Baby Truth Collection. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our return policy below.

  1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for items purchased on BabyTruthCollection.com store within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, returns must be received within 14 days from the date of purchase. Returns received after 14 days will be eligible for a store credit. Please note that returns received after 30 days will not be accepted. All sale/clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

  1. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, please ensure that the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be returned in its original, unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free condition.
  • The item must be returned with its original tags attached.
  • Handmade items are subject to a 30% restocking fee deducted from the refund amount.
  • All "Imperfect" and “Clearance” items are FINAL SALE and are not applicable for return and/or exchange.
  • Please refer to our sizing chart prior to purchasing SALE items. We are not responsible for incorrect sizing once order has been processed.
  • We inspect all returns and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the condition of the returned item. Items that do not meet our return policy criteria may be subject to denial, store credit, or a 20-50% restocking fee.
  1. Exchanges

At this time, we do not process exchanges. We recommend returning your unwanted merchandise for a store credit and placing a new order for the desired item.

  1. Return Instructions

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Fill out the Returns Form included in your package. If you did not receive your returns form, please contact us, and we will happily provide one for you.

  • Ensure that the item/items you want to return meet the criteria listed in our return policy checklist.

  • Address your return package to:

  • On the Returns Form provided, indicate whether you prefer a full refund or store credit (excluding original shipping costs).

  • We will notify you via email once your return is processed and completed.

  • Please allow 7-10 business days for Baby Truth Collection to process your refund and/or provide your store credit code (Store credit does not expire).

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable for all U.S. and International Territories, including Canada.
