How long have you been in business?

Baby Truth launched our first handmade baby and toddler tee range on Etsy in early June 2015. In the eighteen months following, our Instagram gained popularity, too, with parents desperately searching for unique clothing for their little ones. It was this success that allowed us the opportunity to launch our business in the fall of 2016, providing us with continued opportunities to build our business and provide customers with a more extensive range of tees to choose from ever since. What makes you different from your competitors?

Our brand is all about standing out from the crowd by allowing your little human to express their individualized personality through their style. We believe we are the only brand to stray from the generic, gendered clothing styles completely, allowing you as the parent to take control over your child’s stylistic choices.

We also ethically source our materials from within the USA, and use distributors that understand our pride for the quality of our clothes. This means that the tees you purchase will be soft on the skin of your little ones, and durable to withstand even the most boisterous of tots.

Where is the company based?

Baby Truth is a brand lovingly created by a mother and daughter team in Georgia, USA. While the mother, Sonja, works from home in Warner Robins, GA, her daughter Kamii runs the business out in Lawrenceville, GA.

What sizes do your handmade tees come in?

Our handmade tees are available in infant and toddler sizes up to the age of 5-6 years.

The full sizing range we stock includes:

Do Baby Truth tees run big or small?
We have worked hard to make sure that the handmade tees we provide are true-to-size. If you desire an oversized look for your toddler, please consider sizing up.

SHIPPING

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide, meaning you can purchase our items even if you don’t live here in the USA. We believe that no tot should be deprived of the right to dress is unique clothing that truly expressed their personality. 

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $35. For orders under $35, we have a flat shipping rate of $3.50. This ensures that you can conveniently receive your Baby Truth items without any additional shipping charges. International shipping is automatically calculated for you during the checkout process. If you would like specific information regarding shipping to your country before placing an order, please contact us.

When will my order ship?

We take pride in making sure that our handmade tees have been crafted to the high standards we hold ourselves to. For that reason, please allow us up to six days to start the shipping process with your items.

RETURNS

What’s your return policy?

We have a 30 day return policy on items with their label attached that are unworn, unwashed and are from smoke-free homes. Returns received within 14 days of being purchased will be eligible for a refund. If you return your item after this point, you will receive store credit that you can exchange for other items on our store.

Do you accept exchanges?

At this moment in time, Baby Truth is unable to accept direct exchanges on the items in our store. Instead, we recommend returning your unwanted merchandise so that you can purchase your desired items with the store credit you will receive.
